It's been quite a while since I last saw 350ml days per pump. So I recalled that my DS' PD told me about a prescriptive drug that I could consider taking.

Stubborn ol' me however wanted to go natural first. So I tried taking Fenugreek. Well, I wouldn't say that it didn't work. But I had to have like 3 capsules 3 times a day and drink like 8 to 16 ounces of water with each batch.

I also took herbal teas like Sacred Tea from www.originsjamu.com and also www.bebeavenue.com.

But ultimately the thing that worked best for me was all the above combined with one domperidone tablet everyday.
